- JWJean WNov 7, 20231.0I'd give you 0 stars if I could. You have a very rude and condescending woman working there in accounts, who was very rude to my son today. I'm never coming to your location again!!
- KCKevin CruzOct 20, 20231.0Bad Customer Service, I had a deposit with some change and they didn't want to count the change. It's a slow, empty, no line bank and they didn't have the time to count the change. So the Bank Teller tells me she cant do it and to do to the next Teller. Then after moving my change to the next Teller the manager on duty comes over to tell the Teller to not count my change. So I took the change outside the bank where Northgate has a coin machine. I had the coins organized in sleeves by the way. She just didn't want to check them on her provided coin counting device. Another reason why machines are taking Bank Teller jobs. Machines don't complain about working.
