  I was in a hurry today, so when I saw the line wasn't too long I thought it would move much faster than it did. There was a blonde teller holding up the line. She was talking to the customer about her Thanksgiving and how her friend showed up and other details that were unnecessary but still held up the line! I walked out. Not only because I didn't have the time to wait, but I didn't want to keep hearing about her Thanksgiving when I had other places to be. It was so frustrating that I just wasted my time for nothing. The other tellers were doing their best, but that blonde one (I didn't catch her name) needs to be faster!

  I am a customer and made an appointment last month with Tony one of the notary reps to have documents notarized. Tony did not ask for my ID, looked at my documents, questioned the documents which I answered and refused to sign them stating he didn't feel comfortable because all of the pages weren't available. He then told me I can go pay to have them notarized at UPS, etc. I understood why one document could not be notarized and was fine with that but the other ones I had could have been. After questioning the organization this is for I was advised the notary only needed to confirm my identity, confirm my signature and then notarize the document. She informed me that the page that was not present is a signature page for them stating the info is true and that's online and can't be printed and is not for the notary. Tony did not even need to know what these documents were about but I obliged. I honestly feel as if my husband and I were racially discriminated by Tony. My time was totally wasted and I was turned down for a service that is a part of my banking options. I have banked with you all for 5 years only bc after relocating here my bank was not an option. I will be considering other options as this has not set well with me. Very disappointing and if there's further action I can take against Tony's notary certification/Wells Fargo that will be taking place as well

  EVERYONE at the branch is always friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Perhaps certain customers might fare better if they tried to emulate the tellers' qualities.

  They had 5 people walking around and line to the door with only 2 windows open it was ridiculous
