- KWKim WhiteOct 22, 20251.0This location was very rude they racial profile me from the door I walked in to cash my check it was my deposit from my placed I moved from they went from check the check with a counter fit pin then it went to them making a copy of my check and my ID witch I found that kind of werid they guy comes back to the county to tell me he has to get a manager approval the manger was sitting right behind him so he goes to the manger they being whispering checking my check again with the counter got pin like what is all that for but I let me do there job because I know that check is good it’s from a property management they still have my ID and my credit card so he tells me they have to call and get a approval from back room never asked me if I had time I asked him how long would that take he said he doesn’t know I was like ok well I don’t have that type of time I have to go get my kids he said go get your kids come back still wasn’t trying to give my my information back trying to hold my important documents trying to have to drive with my driver license I had to tell him like I need my stuff back he then said go get your kids come back I said again I need my information back he then tells me go get your kids come back about time you come back it will be verified sir I need my drivers license back and my credit card and my check if I knew it was gonna be this card I would have went to a check cashing place and let them take out what they are going to take out he finally gave me my information but kept my check I called the property management and had them stop payment and there sending me out a new one. I also called my attorney on this branch they will be hearing from my lawyer real soon
