  Teller 11/18/25 (Hispanic woman with pointy nails no visible name tag) at about 2:55pm had a rude attitude, was condescending, and gave incorrect information while making up rude analogies trying to justify her incorrect information. Once she finalllllly agreed to swipe my card & ID, she was able to see that she was incorrect - no apology though, just still rude attitude. No other customers here, completely empty.

  I went into this branch for a simple name change. I scanned the QR code to check in and that was at 11:28. After about 10 mins or so, one of the bankers was done with their customer and about another 10 mins or so, the other one was no longer with some both bankers were then free with no one for about another 20 mins. No one checked in on me or anything. Finally, I reached out the gentleman who is in charge of business banking and he said he can’t help me with personal name change, just business. So I needed another banker. He pulled his assistant Supervisor EVELYN to assist me and she proceeded to tell me that everyone has back to back appointments (keep in mind, the 42 mins I was there, NOT ONE other person came in for an appointment. And I asked her if she can provide me with an estimate of a wait time and she said no bc her bankers have an hour lunch they need to accommodate (that had nothing to do with me) and she was rude, condescending and completely UNWILLING to help me and give me any info on whether I should wait or not. She basically implied I will be waiting all day bc alllll the appointments that they had and I need to make an appointment. Please do better HESPERIA RD Wells Fargo. Have better staff work experience and Training in costumer service. I checked in at 11:28 am and got a text I was removed from the list at 12:17. What a wasted 49 mins! Anyways… here I am at APPLE VALLEY Wells Fargo, they have back to back appointments, but are willing to squeeze me in, AND they proceed me an estimated wait time Of about 15 mins!! Thank youuu!! So it is possible, but EVELYN was just unwilling to do so to accommodate a costumer of about 20+ years.

  Could not cash a Wells Fargo check at Wells Fargo. You read that right and they scanned my check so now its undepositable anywhere. Very unprofessional just wasted my afternoon. Not to mention they opened fake accounts in my name and had to pay me and because of their fraud I cant have a Wells Fargo account crooks

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this bank. Despite the place being completely empty, I was left waiting for nearly an hour with no explanation or assistance from the individual they promised would come out to speak with me. The environment felt unprofessional from the start with employees that had uninviting personalities no one acknowledged me except for one employee in which I had walked to the window (a black girl very pretty btw) and she had to ask for me because he acted disinterested and distracted, as if pretending to be busy, until he decided to come from behind the glass to actually do a job he was being paid to do. To make things worse, the person they said would come out didn’t even have the courtesy to come out and speak to me directly. Instead, she passed a message through another employee. During this time there was another employee sitting at the business end never spoke to me until she found something negative to say in which i completely ignored her. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing business. I will be following up with a picture to show just how empty the bank was during my wait. Overall, this was a super unprofessional and frustrating experience. I expected better and hope management takes this feedback seriously. Time stamp is today between 1:20pm and 2:30 pm Wednesday July 30th 2025
