- THTasha H.Aug 11, 20251.0Went to this branch for help with a CD - got convinced to change my checking account of over 20 years to a “fancier one” even though I really didn’t want to - definitely got targeted on my softer side that doesn’t like to have to keep saying no - I finally caved. Of COURSE I started getting $25 service fees on my account for the first time since the actual 90s. Bleh. How yucky.

Came in to pick up a foreign currency order, and the idiots here locked themselves out of their own safe... it took them 10 minutes of trying to open their safe to come and tell me that I'll have to wait an additional 10 minutes for the safe to reset so they can try to access it again. I've banked with this branch since 2005, they have no respect for my loyalty or my time. Stay as far away as you can.

Yesenia, Juanita, Rocio and Victor went above and beyond for us!! They were extremely helpful and went out of there way to help us. Thank you so much to this Wells Fargo branch for helping us out especially with Covid happening. My wife and I are grateful.
