- SHShenna HsuOct 17, 20253.0I really admire the design of the Umpqua credit card. It could have been the most well designed credit card ever. Now the merge makes the customer use a different version of the card issued by Columbia Bank. Truly disappointed. No design at all and it looks so plain.
