  Worst encounter I have ever had in 10 years of doing business at Wells Fargo. Leticia Diaz didn't have answers on what the errors where or fraud occurred that they had to close my business account. I know there was no fraud occurrence or I would have complained first. Neither did she have any idea where my cashier check was sent because I had large balance. I will soon be facing bad credit, eviction from my apartment and foreclosure to my mortgage and possibly closing my business do to Wells Fargo professional negligence. I will be taking legal actions. There are people waiting and all bankers are not helping anyone. The worst branch I have ever been in my entire life

  Bad 👎 experience with Wells fargo. I have been client of this bank for 14 years with no problem and in one day the manager said we can not help you today because we don't have people, but she is standing in front of me. I didn't check reviews before I went there. Now I see I'm not alone with problem to open accounts (I wanted open 2 accounts with 2 credit card ones) And I have one day off only to get things done, sad to think about changing the bank Thanks Santa Clarita branch Going to BofA

  Decided to open a business account with them and give them a chance, even though I am aware of their shady business practices. Called and made an appointment for the next day. Next morning I receive phone call from their business specialist to confirm my appointment, which I did. Ten minutes after she calls me again and tells me we have to cancel because apparently I don’t have all the needed paperwork, on which I responded by telling her that she is wrong based on her website on which she admitted and and we kept the appointment as scheduled. I get there on time and I am being greeted by a banker who tells me that he will take over, but because he has no experience in opening business accounts it will take 2.5-3 hours. Then it hit me that the reason that she called me was not because I didn’t have the needed paperwork, which I did, but because she probably had more important client to attend to. I left immediately with the intent not to step foot in this bank again and to make sure to spread the word about them as much as possible. To the manager: please do not respond to my review with your automated message “We ll try to make things better….” because I know you don’t mean that. If you meant that, you would have tried ti make things right the first time.

  This is the worst ATM. Twice it locked my account and gave me a phone number to call. I spent 25 minutes on hold the first time getting my ATM working again. Wells Fargo can thank this ATM for losing my business after 8 years of banking with them. Oh.. I’m currently on hold as this is the second time it’s happened. It does give me some resolve to post this accurate review while on hold. 20 minutes and on hold and counting....

  If there is anything less than one star its this bank. Their customer service for an institution that handles your money is appalling. The manager, Evelyn was less than sympathetic when I told her I wasvtrying to track down money that my recently deceased Mother left for me in a Wells Fargo CD. Now I can see why they are under investigation nationally. With no help from this manager I.am forced to see legal counsel. DONT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE.
