Leticia Diaz didn't have answers on what the errors where or fraud occurred that they had to close my business account. I know there was no fraud occurrence or I would have complained first. Neither did she have any idea where my cashier check was sent because I had large balance. I will soon be facing bad credit, eviction from my apartment and foreclosure to my mortgage and possibly closing my business do to Wells Fargo professional negligence. I will be taking legal actions. There are people waiting and all bankers are not helping anyone. The worst branch I have ever been in my entire life

I have been client of this bank for 14 years with no problem and in one day the manager said we can not help you today because we don't have people, but she is standing in front of me. I didn't check reviews before I went there. Now I see I'm not alone with problem to open accounts (I wanted open 2 accounts with 2 credit card ones) And I have one day off only to get things done, sad to think about changing the bank Thanks Santa Clarita branch Going to BofA

Wells Fargo can thank this ATM for losing my business after 8 years of banking with them. Oh.. I’m currently on hold as this is the second time it’s happened. It does give me some resolve to post this accurate review while on hold. 20 minutes and on hold and counting....
- MBMichele BMar 8, 20201.0The worst Wells Fargo in SCV. Against my instincts based on previous experiences, I decided to go to this Wells Fargo. I usually drive to the Lyons location because they are so much better, even though this location is much closer to me. I waited on the chair for 20 minutes, completely ignored. Decided to come back another time only to wait again with zero interaction. I talked to the teller who took my phone number so that someone could reach out to me to make an appointment, her suggestion. No one has reached out because this branch does not display adequate customer service or appreciation for their customers. Too bad this one sucks, being centrally located and all.
