  "You should find a new advisor" is what he tells you when you say you dont feel confortable answering his questions about a new tool they have to help in retirement. Told him i feel the questions and answers your asking is intrusive and i dont want to utilize this "tool" its of no value to me. "Then maybe you should find a new advisor" Thats not how you respond to someone not confortable answering your questions. So my advice to everyone reading this is his advice exactly "find a different advisor" !

  I've been with Sean O'Brien (Edward Jones Financial Advisor) since 2014. I've never regretted 1 day! Sean and Celia, his Sr. Branch Office Administrator, have walked me through numerous life-altering decisions, investment "balancing," recessions!, and weighty retirement decisions. They treat me like family! They are professional, knowledgeable, smart & wise, caring & encouraging, and FUN! A wonderful Team!!!

  I have been doing business with Edward Jones for years. I know I can depend on Sean O'Brien and Celia Whitehurst to be there for whatever I need regarding my accounts. I totally trust both of them with my finances and recommend them highly. They're both really good at their jobs, work well together and you can depend on them in any circumstance. They are not high pressure and you can make an appointment when you need one. They go way beyond their job description to help their clients.

Sean has stayed in consistent contact throughout our time at EJ, and has provided valuable guidance for us. Sean is a partner to your financial future, but will also treat you like family. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great financial advisor.

  I wanted to open an account for my 2 grandchildren. I contacted Sean in September 2019 after a long drug out process I was told the account would be active December 2019 my first deposit would be made. It was not so I contacted the office n Cecelia took my call, said she would call back and let me know what was goin on. Well she didn’t like the way I talked to her she reported to Sean. Sean called me back and told me to go to a different office. I was very patient with this whole process, faxed them all the papers they asked for. And yet they didn’t like that I was upset, because the account was never opened. I strongly advise not to use this office. Not professional at all. I’m very upset cuz I just wanted to open an account for my grandchildren. I will be goin elsewhere.. if I could give no stars I would.
