They all cite different rules or company policies that contradict another employee and simply insist the other employee was wrong. Gave them a few years. Canceling my account now. This is ridiculous. Save yourself. Choose any other bank.

Last week a loud mouth customer who took issues with wearing a mask threw a massive tantrum in the office about the delay, and Liz handled it quite professionally. The mark of good character is how customers are treated, even when they are out of control. Good job Liz and Emily. A very professional setup.
