  Horrible situation Today October 1 2025 I was using the ATM and unfortunately I dropped my card and another customer found it and turned it in , but this horrible branch manager decided she was bored and refused to return my card and tried to play me into coming … horrible service never ever coming back this employee have nothing better to do I would never recommend this particular branch totally unprofessional…,they should just throw this whole crooked branch away , even the so allegedly called email to the so called owner is a silly little spam SMH no sense of professionalism , banks hired just anybody now days …,

  I had a very disappointing experience with the business manager at this location, Megan Garcia. I was given incorrect information, including being told that I could only Zelle $1,000—which turned out to be false. What I wasn’t told is that, despite being a direct deposit, my funds would still be held for 24 hours. On top of that, I had to email my paperwork five times before she could locate it. When she finally opened it, she didn’t even realize she needed to scroll down to view all the pages. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. If you value your time and a smooth process, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This experience cost me time, caused unnecessary stress, and left me completely dissatisfied. If possible, I’d give this location a negative rating.

  I try to avoid going to the bank period. MOST OF THE TIME WHEN I HAVE TO GO terrible experience, 1.- lines around the bank with temperatures 🌡 to the roof, and when you get inside there is plenty of tellers but only 2 or 3 working and still take long as time to move the line, when you are super busy and suppose to get your clients out of the door, you put your best people to move the line but they do the opposite finally after 30 mins or more, the teller who help me appear to be new so new she had trouble entering the amount in the computer, asking and double checking too many times my info and ID i understand that is part of the process but she just look so lost. Bad bad 👎 😫 experience.

  wells fargo charges unjust fees to cash a check if you do not hold an account there- $7.50. its a fabricated fee so they can profit anyway possible. fee's are typically charged for checks when a check cashing facility is taking a risk of the check not being good. i understand that, however wells Fargo has access to the verify account in question; they already know that the check would be good or not. so there is absolutely no risk involved. i have gone to other banks with the same check and have not paid fees. i am returning to this bank with the proof next week. i never seen a bank put up such a fight to rip people off. this bank has nice tellers but the leadership does not care about customer service at all. poor leadership
