- JLJose LuisSep 30, 20251.0Horrible situation Today October 1 2025 I was using the ATM and unfortunately I dropped my card and another customer found it and turned it in , but this horrible branch manager decided she was bored and refused to return my card and tried to play me into coming … horrible service never ever coming back this employee have nothing better to do I would never recommend this particular branch totally unprofessional…,they should just throw this whole crooked branch away , even the so allegedly called email to the so called owner is a silly little spam SMH no sense of professionalism , banks hired just anybody now days …,

I was given incorrect information, including being told that I could only Zelle $1,000—which turned out to be false. What I wasn’t told is that, despite being a direct deposit, my funds would still be held for 24 hours. On top of that, I had to email my paperwork five times before she could locate it. When she finally opened it, she didn’t even realize she needed to scroll down to view all the pages. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. If you value your time and a smooth process, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This experience cost me time, caused unnecessary stress, and left me completely dissatisfied. If possible, I’d give this location a negative rating.
