Said he had $700+ in overdraft but wouldn't tell him why, and wouldn't let us download an app to look at the spending for the year. It's his account. It's his money. "If you sign up for the app today, you can't go back and look at any transactions in the past." What? That's ridiculous. It's his money! It's his account! We will be closing this account ASAP.
