We were so fortunate to have Samita to help us. She is so professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. She made the whole process so easy and smooth. Moreover, she had been smiling from the beginning to the end. I am sure she loves her job and her customers also. Definitely we will request her as our banker for our future needs.

No haggling or asking if I want a credit card so that's a plus! Out of the several times I came here, I don't think there was a teller that was unpleasant. They do get real busy but that's expected of every business at 5PM. We might make small talk with strangers but at least they know how to be funny with me. I feel like a funny person here. I hope they laugh because I'm funny and not because their manager told them to laugh at anything
- CPCsr PglOct 29, 20151.01. Customer service. They have a line for business client. I was asked to wait there. But, they pull the customers from the other line, as they wished. It happened 3 times so far. When I expressed that, they were laughing at me ! Your big statement " courtesy'.... is only on the board. 2. I wired money overseas and realized that I lost good amount of money because the money was sent in the foreign currency. But, their own personal agent had advised me that it was better for me to send the money in foreign currency in the 1st place. When I went to complain, I wanted to meet the manager. But, someone interfered and said that I cannot meet the manager and I should meet him. His answer was totally unacceptable and rude. Good bye
