Cancel all our business and personal account with them. “ The branch manager at this location is a women who does not care about her customers and acts like a greeter. “ I totally agree with this. She is not here to solve issue. Never apologize for any mistake which bank made. Always customer issue. After discussed the issues, she agree we need to make an appointment with Banker. On the end appointment with Banker will be at different location. ( what a joke )

She turned down an African American trying to cash a payroll check he received in the mail away because he opened his mail prior to entering the bank. Then when I went to cash my personal paycheck that had the Wells Fargo name on it she looked at me and asked me for two forms of ID which I provided then lied straight to my face and said the funds were not available. I then went to another check cashing location and for a small fee of $3.00 they cashed the check no two forms of ID just CA Drivers license and phone number. I believe the bank tellers name at Wells Fargo was Jennifer she was of Asian descent but American I’m sure. I would never do business with a bank that discriminates people based on their looks and that’s exactly what she did as if I was trying cash some sort of fraudulent check.
