I hope she's no longer working for Fremont Bank. I went to this location during my lunch break, waited in line for so long, wasted my time only to be disappointed. I asked the manager on that day for a copy of my past bank statements and I told her specifically what I needed printed out but when she found out I have certain amount of money, she tried to rip me off by charging me $$. I immediately left and went to another Fremont Bank location and they charged me $0 dollars--nothing for the exact same service I was asking for.

Jerrin was fast, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. My experience with Fremont bank was so far very very satisfying and I am so glad that I came here. A family recommended this bank to me, because I been to other banks and they were giving me poor customer service and that's one thing with me, once you give me poor customer service I rather go somewhere else. And again I'm glad I came to this location and customer service was EXCELLENT!! Thank you Jerrin.
