- BBBenJul 9, 20241.0Avoid this branch if you can. Go to Mowry branch to get more decent services. Today, I need to talk to banker for my account issue. Sitting in lobby for 30+ minutes and no acknowledgement from the staffs at all. During my wait, I witnessed a customers fight in the teller line due to lacks of experience of the teller and poor communication skills. When there was my turn, I young banker learnt my problem in 2 sentences and started his human recorder mode to give me the model answer, which is totally incorrected.
