  I had a great experience here last week with a young banker making changes to my account. When I find my receipt with his name I'll update my review, but he was able to make all of the adjustments I needed without any difficulty or delay, and was pleasant to talk to while doing so! The branch was calm and all staff members seemed professional and friendly with all those who came in.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received at this specific location. Back in May, I went into this branch with Power of Attorney documents so that I could gain access to my father's accounts, as he was hospitalized following a stroke. The representative I worked with at that time made copies of the POA and assured me that it would be submitted to the Wells Fargo POA team for review, and that she would follow up if anything else was required. I never heard back, and I never gained access to the account. Fast forward to today: I received a call from Wells Fargo about my father's account being overdrawn. The phone team was able to help me gain access to his personal accounts and correct the overdraft fee linked to his business account, but when it came to his business account, I was told they needed additional information from the same branch where I originally submitted the POA (Tustin) for his business account. Unfortunately, my experience with this branch has been completely unhelpful. The employee I spoke with by phone at this location (I believe her name was Mary Lou) repeatedly stated that she had no access to any customer notes, could not confirm that I had even been there in May, and could not confirm whether my father's POA was ever submitted. When I asked how Wells Fargo tracks customer interactions, she had no clear answers. When I asked who at Wells Fargo does have access, she still wouldn't provide a straight answer. After over an hour and a half on the phone with several different representatives at Wells Fargo, including 15-20 minutes on hold waiting for a manager at this branch, the call was then disconnected. I tried calling back four times, but my calls went unanswered. I now feel like I'm being completely ignored. To be clear, the Westminster branch has been excellent, and the Wells Fargo phone team that helped resolve the overdraft today was professional and supportive. But the Tustin branch has failed at every step: no follow-up, no answers to basic questions, and no accountability. This will now be the third time I am having to go into a branch to submit the POA form, which is unacceptable given I already submitted everything months ago. At this point, my father's business account still remains inaccessible to me despite following all of Wells Fargo's procedures. The level of disorganization and lack of support at the Tustin branch makes me feel like I'm dealing with amateurs, and it reflects very poorly on Wells Fargo as a whole.

  Had a great experience at this Wells Fargo branch. Michael was super friendly, patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just getting things done fast. The whole branch felt clean, organized, and calm — not chaotic like some other places. A asain manager also seemed genuinely considerate with the customers. Felt like being treated as a person, not a number. Really smooth progress and experience

  This is not a real full service branch, only a satellite office. They only carry 20's like a glorified atm. Customer service is awful.
