- SSSherry ShermanNov 25, 20251.0This bank is crowded with long lines at the tellers with typically only a couple of tellers working. Totally frustrating. Customer service is poor. Cannot call their local number and speak to anyone because I’m on perpetual hold until the automated hold message finally states that no banker can take my call and that I need to make an appointment. I have four (4) accounts with Wells Fargo, and I have been with WF many years and the customer service is, in my opinion, extremely poor at this Tustin, CA location.
