  This branch is by far the most helpful and efficient. Rocio has exceeded my expectations in excellent customer service and product knowledge. In all my many years of working with numerous banks...this particular bank is the most professional and friendly staffed out there! Look no further if you are considering opening an account.   Worst bank ever generally speaking! Citibank has banned me from any banking relations without any explanation. After I showed at the branch to withdraw money from my account which in the app clearly showed as "available" I have been told to wait until a serie of phone calls need to be made, after waiting almost half hour they have provided me with a 800 number to call, when I called their fraud department informed me I have been blocked off from CITI and my accounts will be closed per this branch request cause I attempted to withdraw money when the account is still "under review". It could be much easier just to let me know funds are not available yet for withdrawal instead of banning me and treating me as a criminal when it comes to my own money. Avoid CITI at all costs, there are plenty of banks in the U.S. I chose it for its global presence since I travel abroad but their policies sucked dissapointing.

  The staff here are extremely arrogant and condescending. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor, and not as if they are grateful for your patronage or even cognizant of the fact that we, as consumers, have choices. I will be closing my account here very soon. I recommend you choose a different bank if you are looking for somewhere to open an account.
