  I’ve been to this branch at least five times. Each time I was underwhelmed. Somehow they always find a way to not do the thing which surprisingly other branches happily do and delight the customer They are not committed to work and help the customer, which is very sad.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst bank to ever bank with! I deposited a CASHIER’S CHECK for my rent that was supposed to be cleared by next business day instead they tell me it will take 8 whole days to clear! Nobody in that bank is competent enough to call the damn bank and clear it, no help from anyone! When it’s not them in the situation they don’t care! Will never ever bank with them again!!!

  I had problems last few days with my transactions and online support didn’t do anything for me so I went to this branch and luckily I saw “Blanca Prado” and she took care of me from the first for every single problem I had and she followed up with me till my problems get solved. I want to say thank you to her. At this branch you can find helpful people like “Blanca” and “Mena”Thank you

  The reps there are unable to help you with anything complicated. You have to call their phone line in order to get help from there reps over the phone. Unfortunately, this beats the purpose of actually having a physical bank if they simply route you to make a phone call. The service provided was professional but what the reps are able to do and have access to is just not standard when compared to other banks. Also, when you come in and need to speak to a rep they have no one greeting you at the door to help. Which would be acceptable if they at least had a sign-in sheet or some type of instruction on how to get help from a rep. I was skipped over by two other customers because the reps did not know who came in first.
