- MBMarleene BadgerMay 8, 20251.0Branch manager Richard is rude condescending and makes up his own federal rules and regulations on the whim. I took my government check into their location and the branch manager, Richard, was telling me that they would deposit the check into my mother's account that she has had since like 1970/80 with them as a courtesy and that they don't do other people's banking and then pushed for myself to open a bank account with them. Here is the thing - I left CB&T because of similar issues years ago and wouldn't go back. Richard was just trying to flex his muscles and in doing so broke a federal law. I contacted cooperate and the associate I spoke with agreed with me that Richard was out of line. Until Richard is no longer the branch manager there, I will never set foot inside that bank and recommend anyone and everyone to go elsewhere.
