- MGMonica GivargisJan 5, 20261.0The manager is sitting at her desk doing nothing, instead of calling other branches to see if she can help me find a banker available, tells me you can try other branches by driving there. I called the other branch and the banker told me this office had an available banker. She also checked two other locations for me. 35 years of working for the bank and being a customer for 42 years as a customer. This manager is awful.
- CKCarol KennedySep 12, 20251.0I had an appointment at 3 pm but needed to withdraw the CD to place it with Citibank, better rates. I went into Wells Fargo around 11:30am and explained that Citibank rates end tonight and the 3pm appointment may not leave me enough time to open a new CD. I was told only a banker could help me that she was there to cover for lunch…….there she sits in her separated office not helping anyone!!!! Do not bank at Wells Fargo at Blossom Center in Turlock! They will not accommodate you when you need to get your money out!! I went back for my scheduled appointment with Aleen , she was very helpful, friendly and courteous.
