My wallet, my phone ID’s everything got burned In my vehicle I went to this location To deposit cash into my business account they were very rude very unprofessional. They said we cannot help you unless you bring your California license or ID I have given them my account number, routing number everything and I was like I need to make this deposit today because I need to pay my employees They were so rude. The lady literally told me the law is law that none of her business if my ID card burned and the accident This is not the first time we are experiencing very bad customer service from Wells Fargo At this location, but today was something that I can never imagine them telling me that they cannot help me. They cannot help me to deposit the cash while I was providing them photo of my ID, which was on my phone. They said it’s not acceptable and they are not gonna help me to deposit the cash. Please close your location if you are really not happy to Help your customers
