- BKBerlee KimApr 3, 20231.0If there were zero I would give zero. Their customer service is non-existent. I opened my account in February and I had nothing but trouble with this company. They change routing numbers on me and didn't tell me. And now transfers that I've been making from my Wells Fargo account to another account All of a sudden doesn't work anymore and they've been working since February and then in March they don't work anymore the end of March. When I call and ask for help they don't help they don't do anything this place has the worst customer service ever I have work for banks for almost 23 years this is not how you handle your customers they do not care.
