  Waiting for 45 minutes to speak to a banker to wire funds. Two bankers having personal conversations with customers. Wells Fargo has the absolute worst customer service.

  I very much regret setting up an account here. I will be closing my account today and switching to a private bank where people even remember your name. Wells fargo, especially this location does not care about you nor helping you do anything. usually when you set up an appointment online to go into the branch you get to go and speak to someone. Steven gave me a call and told me not to come into the branch, wait for his call and he will have a loan agent call back. I called 3 times within 4 hours and each time i was told steven was on lunch. Fire this joke employee... 4 hour lunch and no call back ever. Its been a week and still nothing. Ill keep waiting for my call till im in the grave or steven is fired. DO NOT GO HERE!

  After scheduling an appointment for a loan 2pm I was told he loan would be performed remotely over the phone. I called back at 2 because I had not received a call and was told they were on lunch and have no loan officers available. 2 hours past my appointment I did not receive a call. How does Wells Fargo not have any loan officers? This branch is highly unprofessional. Do Not Go Here.
