  Waiting for 45 minutes to speak to a banker to wire funds. Two bankers having personal conversations with customers. Wells Fargo has the absolute worst customer service.

  I very much regret setting up an account here. I will be closing my account today and switching to a private bank where people even remember your name. Wells fargo, especially this location does not care about you nor helping you do anything. usually when you set up an appointment online to go into the branch you get to go and speak to someone. Steven gave me a call and told me not to come into the branch, wait for his call and he will have a loan agent call back. I called 3 times within 4 hours and each time i was told steven was on lunch. Fire this joke employee... 4 hour lunch and no call back ever. Its been a week and still nothing. Ill keep waiting for my call till im in the grave or steven is fired. DO NOT GO HERE!

  After 10 years with Wells Fargo, the service today was unacceptable at this location. I understand that we all have bad days. The teller who helped me (Betty) I believe is her name, spoke to me as a child. I asked for a withdrawal as well and this employee pointed to the machine...and said receipt...receipt..receipt. Betty, do not speak to customers as if they are your child. It is very clear that you are not a customer service oriented individual. Please do our community a favor and look for a job that you actually enjoy. It was a simple deposit at that. I hope that no one else has to experience your rude and unprofessional demeanor.
