  John Stimson assisted me today and was very pleasant. I asked for new bills, or at least crispy bills, because I need them to make money leis. John took the time to look for good-quality bills for me, which another teller at the Rancho Palos Verdes branch did not do. It was clear that the other teller did not really want to help and ended up giving me the worst and oldest bills. Going back to John, excellent job, great customer service, and very kind. He took the time to help me and made sure I left happy and satisfied with his service. Wells Fargo Bank needs more young employees like John Stimson. He’s awesome!!!

  Went in with my sister and her husband to open an account to save for a house. My sister scheduled the meeting. She took off work early for the meeting. When we sat down and told them what we were there to do they said we couldn't open the account because they had made a half hour appointment and they needed an hour. The banker said they need an hour to create profiles and go over the disclosures. I asked if we could make a longer appointment later and still get the 3.5% APY offer, they said no. The banker talked to a manager for about fifteen minutes and told us the same thing. No attempt to work with us, no flexibility, completely blasé attitude. Why did they give us an appointment too short for the purpose we had expressly made an appointment for? Why were all the ideas for what we could do to resolve this coming from the customer side of the table? Why does filling out three profiles and telling us how to avoid monthly fees take a whole hour? If anybody ever tells me I'll let you know

  Hello, just want to let everyone know the performance at this bank is absolutely a joke, I've seen a few people who couldn't access their personal vault box because person in charge couldn't open it, then I proceeded to deposit a company check to a company account and they put a 7 day hold, while this was happening, my car got broken into by the parking lot, someone is just looking for victims, and breaking into cars, and unfortunately just got off the phone with the detective who suspended the case because of the lack of camera coverage and nothing was on video, sadly I have way better coverage at my shops than a bank, what a joke save your guys the headache I had to go for absolutely nothing..I've been with wellsfargo for almost 30 years, and im very disappointed...the staff here very little to nothing to help, and torrance pd, is a joke when events like these take place...

  Too bad they don’t let give a zero star and I am glad I do not have account at this bank. Just went inside the bank to deposit cash in my friend’s account and they only accept check 🤣🤣🤣 never seen a bank does not accept cash in my life. They need to improve a lot.
