Im going to spare most of the details and get to the most important one… how is the bank short on money where I can’t withdrawal $10,000? According to the manager, it’s been like this for 2 weeks which just makes me believe it’s gross mismanagement. Manager didn’t even know when or if a cash delivery is scheduled
