On top of that, CNB has a very stupid and nonsensical policy in which, unless you open a bank account with them, you cannot apply for a credit card with them. This is a ridiculous and archaic policy. There are much better banks to give your business to that are much easier to deal with. Stay away from City National Bank, especially the Torrance branch. They are awful!
