  I opened July 26 2024, had 2 months and never resolved my account problems. Citi bank bankers are unhelpful. My ATM card has my full name written twice, and even though it's a business account, it doesn’t have my business name. Is there really a need to write my full name twice? Other banks like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase don't have such confusing account information for the same type of business account. Moreover, the system and mobile app are not user-friendly at all, making it extremely difficult to use. It doesn't feel like a business app. I'm planning to close the account next year after I receive the account opening bonus. I can't trust a bank that takes two months to fix such issues with such a stressful app and system. I've used it personally for 30 years, but I’m moving everything to Chase.

  I wrote a review 2 years ago and don't see it now. This branch is a good example of how the Citibank Banking branch service has deterioriated in the last 10years. I agree with all the reviews posted. The most conerning experience I've had is that of employee theft. Yes, during the pandemic large tables separated the customer from the teller, that plus plexiglass. I made 3 separate transactions that day, the last being a cash withdrawal. I absently got caught up in gathering the receipts and associated documents related to the other transactions on the table. I simply forgot to reach other the table and collect the cash waiting at the teller window.Several days passed after making my complaint. The best Security could do was show me 3 still photos of the transaction that day, none of which showed anyone handling any money. When I escalated my complaint to Corporate, I was accused of being "unprofessional". That's interesting, customers should be civil of course, but I didn't realize they also had to be "professional". Citi got to keep my $40. Go elsewhere, please, where they will be more "professonal" and trustworthy with you,

  Very rude staff When I arrived to fix a problem on my account, I waited for my turn to speak to an agent, but unlike everyone else (who was opening an account), the agent Jacqueline came to me where I was sitting, and ask me about my problem in the most unprofessional way, when she couldn’t give me an answer she told me that I have to wait more to be helped. I agreed , but al of the sudden one of the tellers came to help me with the problem , and again she couldn’t figure it out , she called Jacqueline who came upset as if I cut off her business, and again in the same rude attitude she told me “who ever spoke to you over the phone from Citibank gave you wrong information, and we will keep it this way”. But to be fair , the tellers are always nice and welcoming, but the management staff like Jacqueline vallejos is an unpleasant picture of the bank . I ended up closing my account .

  I have been going to this bank since I was a little girl. The staff knows me by name and greets me when I walk into the branch. The teller service, notary, and loan service is very pleasant and attention is given to detail.
