- NSNiala SanchezJun 24, 20252.0My experience at the Bank of Hope wasn't too good I automatically felt discrimination when I walked inside. The Workers are all Korean or some sort of Asian decent and I guess when they saw a woman of my "Color/Ethnicity it was a little Shocking I'm assuming. Now I can't say they all we're unprofessional but when there's 2 or more is Enough to Speak about it. I won't disclose my Ethnicity due to privacy purposes , but when I came inside it was automatically Staring and Questioning. I then Opened an Account so that I can Deposit the Check that was issued to me with The Bank Of Hope stamped at the top. I then was asked "Where did I get the Check from and why don't I deposit it in my Own Bank Account. I then told the Employee/Bank Specialist that I have a Right to take this check which is credited/Trusted Through "The Bank of Hope" wherever I'm pleased. Better Customer skills and Respect is going to be needed for this Company. I can say the only Warm Welcome I got was from there Security Guard 😉very Professional and Respectful.
