After promising to verify my information and call me back, she simply never followed up. When attempting to open a business account, I provided a clear description of my business, yet she repeatedly selected incorrect and unrelated categories. I requested a manager’s assistance, but no one ever arrived. The entire interaction left me questioning the professionalism and basic competence of this branch.
