We wanted to open a new account for my wife, Stefanie was supposed to serve us, but she talked for a very long time in the corridor with a friend, finally she came up to us and invited us to the table. At first she didn’t want to serve us because my wife doesn’t speak English very well, I offered to help her, but she categorically refused and didn’t even call the interpreter. She asked where you live, my wife answered in Thousand Oaks, she used to live in Granada Hills. this Stefanie says you are speaking incorrectly, as she said incorrectly, here's Driver License , you can check no, speaking incorrectly, Stephanie said, in short, she is not involved in helping people just come and play the fool and get salary, Bank need to kick out such staffs…
