- DHDon HarbartNov 14, 20251.0Ali provided poor customer service. I made an on-line appointment with a banker (Ali) at the 140 E. Thousand Oaks location for 3:00pm. I got there before 3:00pm and checked in with one of the tellers and she asked me to wait. I waited 20 min. and then waited in line again to talk to a teller to find out why he missed the appointment. The teller found him talking with other bankers. This is extremely disrespectful of my time -- bankers need to appreciate that customers also work and they should respect appointments.

They don’t deserve any stars for slow service , side eyeing , judging customers , rolling eyes , not a good look . Time to retire . If you have to stop by for quick stop expect 30-45 minutes to go by . Not a swift transaction place , more like a dmv vibe ? Wondering why I still bank here …..
