- DHDon HarbartNov 14, 20251.0Ali provided poor customer service. I made an on-line appointment with a banker (Ali) at the 140 E. Thousand Oaks location for 3:00pm. I got there before 3:00pm and checked in with one of the tellers and she asked me to wait. I waited 20 min. and then waited in line again to talk to a teller to find out why he missed the appointment. The teller found him talking with other bankers. This is extremely disrespectful of my time -- bankers need to appreciate that customers also work and they should respect appointments.

They don’t deserve any stars for slow service , side eyeing , judging customers , rolling eyes , not a good look . Time to retire . If you have to stop by for quick stop expect 30-45 minutes to go by . Not a swift transaction place , more like a dmv vibe ? Wondering why I still bank here …..

I go in there on my day off to deposit my check and to my surprise they say the funds will be available the next day. Which is wrong because funds are available the same day that checks are able to be deposited. Also, as my work is a customer of wells fargo the funds are available the moment its in the account. I went in to try and fix the mistake that they made and I was promptly given the run around with the bank technical jargon that they use to confuse people. I knew what the teller was saying was wrong and that funds are available the same day. She decided to argue her point again in greater detail which ultimately got me to the point where I will no longer go into this branch. I can go to any other branch and be just fine but if this branch is going to lie to their customers I will have no part of it.
