If I could leave o star's. This was a great bank with great people and services. But it went all in being a woke establishment. look can just lookup the history of the management. I loved this bank and the people that cared.

We applied for loan months ago with JENNIFER ZEV and we supplied all the necessary documentations about the business and the ownership only for her to come back to us months later that she couldn’t process the application as she was confused about the ownership when nothing was changed. Stay away from this bank and from JENNIFER ZEV unless you want to waste your precious time.

Disappointing and Stressful Experience I recently opened an account with First Citizens and deposited a check . Everything seemed to go smoothly until I received a notification that my account had been disabled a week later… When I called the bank, I was informed that someone in the back office decided to close my account with no clear explanation given. This has put me in a difficult situation because I waited a full week for my check to clear, only to have my account closed immediately after. Now, I'm left without access to my funds and with no clear resolution in sight. I expected better communication and customer service from a bank with such a reputation. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly urge anyone considering banking with First Citizens to be cautious and think twice before opening an account.
