Stay away from this bank and from JENNIFER ZEV unless you want to waste your precious time.

Everything seemed to go smoothly until I received a notification that my account had been disabled a week later… When I called the bank, I was informed that someone in the back office decided to close my account with no clear explanation given. This has put me in a difficult situation because I waited a full week for my check to clear, only to have my account closed immediately after. Now, I'm left without access to my funds and with no clear resolution in sight. I expected better communication and customer service from a bank with such a reputation. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly urge anyone considering banking with First Citizens to be cautious and think twice before opening an account.
