  I came in on a Saturday morning to help my parents with a transaction. We walked and immediately was ignored, not acknowledged, greeted, nor asking if we needed assistance. The blonde teller just sat at her desk and gave us a glance and back to her screen hoping we wouldn't approach her... unfortunately she was the only banker at this branch on a Saturday morning so we were forced to talk to her. She needed authorization from the teller so she takes us to the front only to be met by another awful person who works here. Her name is AZMARY AKHTER and she gave us the worse experience we've ever had to endure at a bank. She racially profiled my parents and spoke with an attitude because they asked her to clarify a few questions and concerns they had. This treatment was beyond unacceptable! A few documents needed to be signed and she went ahead and just threw them at us and printed us out screenshot copies. Really? This Indian woman AZMARY was super unfriendly and just carried herself with a cold demeanor. Stay clear of this bank, and teller. I do not recommend banking here.

  Went there today with my sister it was awful we were in line for almost 20 minutes , I have a Citibank credit card from Costco for first time I tried to make a payment there because it was only one teller I asked, if I was able to do it at the ATM ? they told me , yes and saw cash in my hands , I just wasted my time going to the ATM because it didn’t work I had to go back inside and get in line another 10 minutes for another person to tell me that it has to be a check besides they are not friendly at all I don’t get it I’m Hispanic ok but business is business at least smile at people doesn’t matter from where people is from , not happy at all

  People works here needs a training or probably a short course, on how to screen any identification proof presented to them.. they are all look clueless... what a joke!! wasted my time! i would never back again on this branch!!!
