Our case was quite complicated and required a lot of back and forth, but our banker, Leo, handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine friendliness. Even though our case ultimately couldn’t be completed due to a missing document on our end, Leo still went above and beyond to look out for our best interests and explore every possible alternative to help us. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and customer-focused. Highly recommend this branch—and especially Leo—for anyone who values attentive and professional service.

Later, I took this bank to court and requested the court to retrieve the surveillance video, but the court refused to do so. They also covered up for each other and so everyone should not go to this bank to deposit or withdraw money.
