  Very racist office... I sent my Hispanic client for a simple bank statement and they refused to give him any documentation. He then said he would pay if need be and they said he would only be able to get a transaction report but not a statement (for those who know a statement and transaction history are different) He had to pay someone for cooperation and help because of his race.
