- VCVito CAug 23, 20241.0This bank tries to act like a Third World country bank why because I know from living in Third World countries no customer service absolutely super lazy and bureaucratic. I tried to set up a bank account for my son and started coming out with excuses or making extra requirements. Trying to always find excuses I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since 1992. That shows you the level of them appreciating their customers. This bank is run by foreigners and they run the bank like a foreign country. Absolutely zero customer service or common sense.

Called to confirm the notary appoinment Friday morning, no record of the appointment. Banker stated they would call back to never did called 4 more times, spoke with antoher banker stated they would call back, never did. Went to another notary. I see why banking is being automated.
