Teresa helped me at the drive thru and was INCREDIBLY rude. I was shocked, because everyone there is so nice. I've never seen her or been helped by her before, so maybe she's new? She was not helpful and rudely answered my question. She told me it would be fixed, and it wasn't. We have been banking here for years, we had a business account for our business, and have opened a personal account and multiple savings accounts. As much as I love the other staff here, we are seriously considering closing all accounts. If I ever have to deal with that woman again I will close our accounts FOR SURE.
