- ETE TurnyOct 19, 20251.0They are rude and unhelpful . It took a lot to get them to help us with complex questions. They are hard pressed to give any advise too. They bounced me around from person to person over the phone but never resolved the problem or answered my questions. We've been banking with them for more than 20 years. I won't be going back to them and will hopefully convince my family to leave too.

I felt like I was in a private home and not a bank because everyone was so warm and welcoming including Kerry and Pablo. Both were very professional and Pablo made sure I left the bank with plenty of new account "swag". All of my interactions with the staff in person and over the phone have been amazing! I recommend this bank to everyone I know!

I closed an home equity line paid the closing fee and asked the teller to provide documentation that its closed she said I should contact the loan officer guess what I do not have a loan officer because banner bank issued the loan. Teller didn't want to help very unpleasant person. Even a zero star is too much.
