  As a visitor, it was my first time experience with Wells Fargo and I must say I was very impressed. Booked an appointment to open a Savings account and was served by the lovely Nandana Sohal. She was very professional and took her time explaining everything in details which I understood very clearly. She had a trainee sit-in (Sorry I didn’t get her name but all the best on her career with Wells Fargo) and they were both helpful. Victor at the teller was awesome. Thank you everyone for making my experience with your bank particularly the South Mathilda Avenue Sunnyvale branch a memorable one.

  Absolutely incompetent employees and not willing to help the customer. They are busy with their own work and not caring about the customers waiting in their location

  I've been coming to this location often for one year now. I've never waited more than 10 seconds for assistance. The employees are professional and knowledgeable. I usually don't have much time on hand, so I choose this Wells Fargo because it's fast and reliable.
