Today is the 4th consecutive visit that I have left upset at the poor level of service available. Things that used to be simple and handled at the window now need appointments days ahead of time. I am looking forward to leaving Wells for a smaller local bank that understands they are in a service business, and if they don't service their customers, they will leave.
