We went in to cash a check and they immediately asked us to wait because the check needed to be verified because there were some inconsistencies. I asked what those inconsistencies were and the manager refused to tell me! The bank was not able to get my client on the phone to verify the check so I stated that l would wait until they contacted him.At this point they said they would not cash it for me even if it was verified! So we had no choice but to leave. We Went over to the next branch a block away, This time my husband waited for me in the car. They immediately cashed my $950 check without any incident! I’m so disappointed in Wells Fargo for having such closed minded employees! 😒
