- OSOliver StrongOct 17, 20251.0We walked into this branch around 4pm. It was 3 attempts. The teller said there is nobody who can help us, because everybody left already. They are closing at 5pm. He wasn’t even nice. I said maybe it’s easier just to close the account with Wells Fargo and his answer was yes it’s a good idea. Probably I’ll close the account.
- SLS LOct 2, 20251.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, and today I had the single worst experience I’ve ever had at any branch. A new employee named Shaniz was shockingly unprofessional. She was unfriendly, rude, condescending, and demeaning throughout the interaction. What made it worse was that she mocked me by sarcastically repeating “Oh, nice to meet you” over and over — at least five times — in a tone that was clearly meant to belittle me. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable behavior for someone representing Wells Fargo. After two decades of loyalty, I walked away feeling disrespected and shocked at how little regard this employee had for basic courtesy. If this is the kind of treatment Wells Fargo now finds acceptable, it makes me seriously question whether I should remain a customer. I strongly urge Wells Fargo to address this situation immediately — no customer should ever be made to feel mocked or demeaned inside your branches.
