They are just amazing Recently I went to ask a copy of a few cashier checks that I already paid. The banker Viji hopefully I have the right spelling of her name was so sweet and took her time and patiently went through the process and provided what I requested. I really appreciate her help and care, and being very caring and considerate. This was one of my great experience with the bankers at this branch.God bless you all 🙏🙏🙏
- EREric ROct 4, 20255.0I was looking for a Heloc and tried them out because they didn't keep me on hold very long and actually picked up the phone. They were nice and effcient which was a welcome change from Bank of American and Wells Fargo. The loan lady was helpful and the guy on the phone who helped set up the loan Jordan were great. I ended up not having to get the loan because another source of funding came through but I will defintely keep them in mind for future banking needs.
