The worst customers service, the line is always so long and they always have like 2 tellers.the management sucks if you see you have a lot of customers do something about it. They just walking around and looking at everyone. The worst branch!!
- MAMy AngalaNov 13, 20251.0After the hours I was at the ATM maybe 10 or 15 minutes after closing, the manger pulled up on the side of me driving a newer model Tesla, he stopped and said hi have a good day I said hi and continued my transactions, after I left I noticed the same car driving through the safeway parking lot and then as I left the parking lot the same guy drove on side of me asking for my phone number I ignored him, I looked at my side mirror as I got to west lane an seen the same car 3 cars back and trying to drive on side of me I literally peed my pants out of fear! I will never go back to the Pacific branch again lady's be safe.
