    I went to this branch ONCE. I opened my account with them online because BMO (a horrible bank which my husband plans to file a lawsuit against) closed our account for no reason. Wells Fargo account was easy to open and they advertised a $325 bonus after 90 days with direct deposits. My husband opened his account at the same time. We needed new accounts because we are getting divorced. We both are disabled and receive SSDI and SSI. So We went ONCE to make initial deposits to start the accounts. After 2.5 months my husband made ONE unauthorized transaction claim. He called the company that charged him the unauthorized fee and they apologized and returned the money ($40) BUT Wells Fargo called my husband and told him they were going to close his account in 2 weeks because he had made TOO MANY claims, he made ONE CLAIM. They told him there was nothing he could do. He recently won a large settlement from a lawsuit and he is going to need a reputable company to bank with, and it's not going to be Wells Fargo if they don't fix their mistake. We don't know what BMO told credit bureaus, but from what he has told me BMO must have said something bad, and Wells Fargo believed the lies that BMO has said. If a company listens to hearsay and doesn't listen to their own customers, especially when their customer proves that they were honest and doing business in good faith, and a company doesn't work with their customers, but takes action AGAINST their customer based on bad actions of another company and because of bad actions/errors of their own employees, when the customers own partner has an exact same account and shows to be a good customer, why would you want to do business with the company? If a company proves they don't honor their own words or policies, I won't trust that company. I plan on leaving Wells Fargo because I have heard too many negative things about Wells Fargo, and because they are proving that they really don't care about their customers especially when the customer acts in good faith exactly as the customer says and does. Wells Fargo paid me the bonus exactly as they said, but it appears that they did NOT honor their promise as advertised and even did my husband harm and we should have gone to be reputable bank, and NOT wells Fargo. I am still with Wells Fargo but I am looking for a better bank because I really don't think I can trust Wells Fargo. The worst part is my soon to be ex husband has full power of attorney for me, and I don't plan on changing that, I have trusted him for 30+ years and even though I am divorcing him, I trust him more than I would ever trust Wells Fargo. So I DON'T RECOMMEND a bank that I have less faith in than my EX husband. DON'T! JUST NO. UPDATE: Wells Fargo said they would investigate a complaint my husband made with CFPB, but they keep saying that they need more time (a month so far) but have not talked with him other than that, I don't think they will, I don't think they care.

    Only 1 teller working on a Friday afternoon horrible planning on wells Fargo i don't recommend this location the manager should be fired.

    I have had no problem with this branch, but I am not planning on banking with this company in the future. I have a very large amount of money coming to me in the future and I will look for a better company. I currently have a Wells Fargo account and have only had it since late September. It was easy to open the account(online), and they even offered a $325 bonus for direct deposit, after 90 days (plus a month). Then they reviewed my account, called me and said because they said I had made too many claims, and said they were closing my account in 10 days. I made ONE claim for an unauthorized charge,$40. When I made the claim, they cancelled my debit card, which I said was NOT necessary and sent me a new one. BEFORE I received the new card, They closed the claim and gave me my money back. But they had called me and told me they were ending our relationship, and I could not make any deposits, BEFORE I received the new card. I filed a complaint with the state. An executive with Wells Fargo called me and said she wanted to investigate before she responded to the complaint, which she said she would do by the 23rd. They have NOT responded to the complaint, yet. When I received the new card, I DID NOT activate the new card. But they sent me a letter that I received 2 days after the new card came telling me that they closed the new card BEFORE I even activated it! Obviously they don't have good communication within the company, and I assume they are closing my account 5 days before they were to pay me the $325. Of course this has caused me to not be able to pay my rent or any of my other bills, is going to damage my credit, because I took out loans before they closed my cards and made it impossible to pay my loans. If I were you, I would avoid Wells Fargo like the devil. They were fined millions of dollars for opening fake accounts in the past, they have been found to have been proven racist against black people, financed DAPL, and they are living up to the bad reputation I knew of them. I only opened the account because another company mishandled my account that I had for years and I should have known not to go to Wells Fargo. I will see what they reply to my complaint in 2 days. But in my opinion, I would NOT use Wells Fargo. UPDATE: so Wells Fargo Escalation director called me and We discussed the unauthorized charge and later they refunded the money. $40 no big deal but to someone who lives on only $1K a month, that's a lot. I can't walk, don't have a car so I am stuck in my house. I am on SSDI and SSI, so BEFORE my account was CLOSED I called SSA and had my deposit changed to Direct Express a couple weeks before it would come. So I was not worried, well SSA is slow and they took until the end of the month to make the change. SSA made a mistake and sends my SSI check (which at the end of the month I have ZERO money) to Wells Fargo, the account has been closed a week earlier, so I am not stressing, but instead of instantly rejecting the deposit, Wells Fargo accepted it. Which means I will not get paid for at least a week after I should have. Of course my ex wife gets paid, same account as me and same income as me, basically the same person as me, because I have power of attorney for her(schizophrenic) and Wells Fargo treats her properly. I am glad that Wells Fargo didn't treat her inappropriately, but they sure can't be decent to me. I just hope that Wells Fargo doesn't do more inappropriate things to me. A bank with billions of dollars does petty things to someone because they don't care about customers, they have never met, just another number to them. Do YOU think Wells Fargo will care about YOU at all? My financial situation is going to change in a few months, and I will need a reputable company to bank with, and it sure won't be WELLS FARGO, my ex wif. You can not email most big banks, Wells Fargo, BMO, etc. If you need a decent bank to do business with, don't just choose how they look or sound on TV or ads, check them out first. Wells Fargo has a bad reputation and I have learned my lesson. 1/12/26 still nothing

    How is it that this is the best and busiest bank in Stockton. The line is always at least a 30 minute wait. Yet there is no bathroom. This is an issue that needs to be resolved!!!
