  Subject: Terrible Experience with Safe Deposit Box Security In December 2021, I rented a safe deposit box at this branch to store some valuable jewelry and Emergency cash. Unfortunately, my experience was far from reassuring. In January 2025, their maintenance team mistakenly drilled into my box, and I discovered afterward that several items, including cash and a few golden family heirloom, were missing. The branch had no security footage available to review the incident, which made it impossible to verify what happened. When I filed a claim, the bank manager and customer services dismissed my concerns. The bank’s lease agreement limits their liability to $10,000, far less than the value of my missing items, and my only option was arbitration, which would cost me $10k–$15k in legal fees. Additionally, the Lease Agreement indicates the sole resolution of any dispute is Arbitration, so you cannot sue them at the civil court. This setup feels designed to protect the bank, not the customer. This incident exposed serious flaws in their security and accountability processes. I expected better protection for my valuables, yet it turned into a nightmare. My loss is significant. I’d urge lawmakers to revise the current Arbitration Agreement to protect consumers. I also wouls urge other consumers to consider private vault services or home safes with separate insurance instead of relying on bank safe deposit boxes. Last, I hope Wells Fargo improves their systems to prevent this from happening in future too. I don't think Wells Fargo can sustain when they are not accountable for their own mistakes and poor management.

  Tuve una experiencia orrible en este banco recién empiezo una cuenta para mi company y el señor Adolfo carranza me ayudo abrir mi cuenta de banco pero todo lo uso mal y cuando le regrese al banco para que me ayudara a revisar la documentación de la cuenta que el mismo abrió me dijo que yo no le iba a decir como acer su trabajo y que si no me parecían bien sus servicios que me fuera a otro banco, que el abia abierto bien la cuenta . Y mejor me sali de ay y abre por teléfono para acercarme otra sita con otra persona que no sea el y la pedí en otra sucursal y tuvieron que serrar la cuenta que el señor Adolfo carranza abia abierto porque , ami no me binculo con la cuenta de mi compania y puso que era una compania profano osea que todo iso mal y encima ami me falta el respeto yo no le alege nada mejor me sali. De ay fue una experiencia horrible y era mi primera vez abriendo una cuenta con wells fargo estoy muy decepcionada 😞 de este banco
