Their customer service is absolutely awful—“disgusting” is the right word for it. I have never encountered such rude and incompetent service representatives as Paola Ayar before. The poor customer service is matched only by even worse management—Kristalyn Buhanghang, the branch manager. I caution anyone considering doing business with this bank; if you value integrity and loyalty, I recommend choosing Chase or Bank of America instead.

I would strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative banking options that prioritize customer care and professionalism. Subsequently, I have chosen to relocate my business to a bank that genuinely values its clients.

However, we came from Sacramento and Dionicia was understanding of our situation and able to fit us in before closing. She came with a great attitude, was super helpful and efficient, and went above and beyond. She is a true professional that deserves to be recognized. She is deserving of a substantial pay increase in my opinion
