- SPStephanie PenaNov 5, 20241.0This bank is horrible. I made a deposit and they frozen my account. Once it was not frozen anymore my debit card was declined. They sent me a new debit card that didn't work. The manager is NEVER at the branch. They did not let me close my account until I called all my subscriptions with Netflix or Amazon and then said they would possibly close it. They still didn't close it. Now there's an over draft fee for $300 then I can maybe close it. I would not recommend you'd bank to anyone. They can't ever fix any issue here all they do is recommend you call the customer service number. Never again
