- JRJose RodriguezOct 16, 20171.0I've been banking with citibank for the past 17 yrs, and I had never had such horrible experience like theone I did here.. I called on Friday to set an appointment to open a checking account for my daughter, who ever answer set it up for Sat. At 11:00 am with George, when I showed up he was w/ a family, he finished around 12:05 he went to back for about 10min. When he came out,I told him I had appt with him, he gave me a look like if I was stupid, he said " no, I already had my appt for today, we only take 1appt on Saturdays because we close at 2:00 pm". Mind you, this is barely 12:20 noon I told him I had called to set it up, he said, "sorry,come back next week" I swear ,he's lucky I have multiple accounts and I don't have time to go to other back and move all my banking elsewhere.. Total disappointment... And yes, only 2 tellers and only 2 bankers w/about 15 people in line and 8 waiting to see a banker, and I kid you not, all 8 walked out without being helped,they had been there before me.. Never again will I go to this branch.
