- SBShaman BarkerOct 31, 20255.0The Manager is kind and the tellers are generally helpful. They've gone out of their way to help me at times. The only complaint I have is the fact that my settings on the ATM change randomly and when I set them myself they do the exact opposite. If I ask for a receipt, it won't give me my balance until I say I have no other transactions, so I am required to put my card in twice. If I put the preference of no receipt, it gives me a receipt. It's very strange, but that's not the fault of the people who work at this branch. Lovely folks.
- AAAmelia ArtzerJan 20, 20221.0They told me they would send me a new bank statement with my current address in the mail so I could use it on my credit card application and I just opened the one they sent me and it has my old address on it! Now I get to have a mark on my credit because my application is going to be denied because I don’t have proof of address. I’ve been trying to call them for thirty minutes and can’t get past the automated message. I would give zero stars if possible.
