  Based on the already written reviews from other people, I won’t be completing my application to open up an account with this bank. I was looking for a local more non big box bank to open up another checking account with and thought Columbia might be a good try so I began doing the starting application online. I’ll just go elsewhere. I have a business account at Oak Valley and I’ve never had a problem there. Maybe I’ll just continue on with them. It’s all about customer service…ease of use (depositing, mobile banking etc) and that’s what’s important…if those are difficult when trying to bank these days, it isn’t worth my time

  The Manager is kind and the tellers are generally helpful. They've gone out of their way to help me at times. The only complaint I have is the fact that my settings on the ATM change randomly and when I set them myself they do the exact opposite. If I ask for a receipt, it won't give me my balance until I say I have no other transactions, so I am required to put my card in twice. If I put the preference of no receipt, it gives me a receipt. It's very strange, but that's not the fault of the people who work at this branch. Lovely folks.

  Can't get through to anyone! The local branch doesn't answer the phone and customer service is always over a 30 minute wait!!

  Terrible customer service and rude. This bank closes for lunch!! Seriously. This bank does not value their customers. I have been with Umpqua Bank for 16 years and have been very satisfied, but recently I have become quite dissatisfied due to the rudeness and lack of custom service. Closing my account and going across the parking lot to Wells Fargo.

  Terrible bank. My card has been hacked twice, staff is rude and the bank is general is the worst bank I’ve ever worked with. Wells Fargo is a much better option and they’re just across the parking lot. Once I got locked out of my bank account due to an app update. The phone customer service told me it was an in store issue and refused to help and when I went into the store I was told it was an online issue and they refused to help. I didn’t have access to my own money for several days.
