- HAHarry AlbersDec 19, 20251.0This is the worst bank ever. I went down to the bank today to add my accounts to my trust. They had to cancel three of them and create new ones to make things work. When I was there, they said I could access them online. I was there an hour and a half, and when I went home, none of the numbers were accessible online. I called the bank support services And they told me the accounts were online, but they weren’t. They connected me to further support who told me they couldn’t allow me access to my accounts unless I go back to the bank and fill out even more paperwork. Since I have transactions in process, I asked for the new bank account numbers so I could continue with my banking until they Got their act together. They wouldn’t even give me the account numbers to the new accounts with my money in them after they had moved the funds over. This bank is completely out of control. They have a total disregard for their customers, and they treat them very badly.
